Another day that God has made. It's raining again but without the rain things won't grow. I ate very late last night had a problem and I had a drink of rum last night. In fact I had two drinks. What was on my mind? I can't even say. What was bothering me? I don't know! Oh well, I'm up and getting ready to start my day. Laundry is on my agenda, and going to my grandson's concert is the next thing.

Crazy thoughts and dreams flowing through my mind. I have to stop eating late. Time to change my lifestyle. I've been hanging onto this one too long. I need to renew and revitalize me.

Crazy dreams are happening again. I'm not sure why, but I'm dreaming about my colleagues and a party, and then about old friends that I haven't seen in a long time. I feel good about me today. I am working on positive affirmations. Speaking good things into existence. I've dwelt on the negative for so long. I'm bringing negative things back to me. I know what good will come when you give it to God and He will order your time and blessings. I went to my rheumatologist yesterday and for the first time since I've been see this kind of doctor. My new rheumatologist gave me exercises to do to help strengthen my knees and help my hands. I know now I have to ask more questions when I visit my doctors.

I have thoughts of thankfulness. I'm so thankful for all that I am and all that I have. I don't know why I feel guilty when I say no to my mother. She wanted me to buy her some sheets after my doctor's appointment. I told her I wasn't going to do that. It's never enough for her. She always needs me to do something for her. I am taking her to the doctor tomorrow. You would think she could wait until then. She's waited this long. I know this is small stuff but she annoys the hell out of me. It's never enough.

Speak good things into existence. What comes out of our mouth should be positive things.
